CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT BENDIGO AIRPORT SERVICE Passengers will be transported by Bendigo Airport Bus Service upon the terms and conditions set out below
- This ticket is NOT transferrable.
- All unpaid bookings are tentative bookings until fully paid and may be replaced with fully paid bookings at any time.
- It is the responsibility of the passenger to be at correct pick up/departure point at least 10 minutes prior to given time.
- Open returns are valid for 3 months only. Contact us to reserve your seat when you know your return date.
- Bendigo Airport Bus Services is not a common carrier and reserves the right to refuse carriage of any passenger, baggage or goods on any service without assigning any reason therefore.
- Bendigo Airport Bus Services shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, injury, death or accident suffered or sustained by the passenger or to the property (including baggage) or otherwise of the passenger OR any loss or expense arising out of or resulting directly or indirectly, incidentally or consequentially from any act matter cause or thing whatsoever, howsoever arising (and whether or beyond the control of Bendigo Airport Bus Services) including but without limiting the foregoing defects or breakdown in the vehicle used for the service, Acts of God, Act of government or other competent authorities (Commonwealth or State) strikes, thefts, delays, cancellation or variation in or to the service to be provided by or contemplated hereunder.
- Bendigo Airport Service shall not be or become liable or responsible for any cost and expense of additional accommodation sustained by the passenger and the passenger expressly acknowledges and agrees that all such liability, losses and expenses as aforesaid shall be the responsibility of and at the risk of the passenger.
- Bendigo Airport Service reserves the right to cancel this service,alter or substitute routes, time tables, itineraries, schedules and carriers in any way that it considers necessary or desirable..
- All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the time of travel and will incur a $10 cancellation fee.Cancellation with between 12-24 hours notice prior to departure -50% of fare; cancellation with less than 12 hours notice prior to departure-nil refund.No refund will be made if the person or persons named as passengers do not appear on the time and date of travel as arranged, and includes delays due to late flights.
- The fare for carriage hereunder is subject to change prior to commencement of carriage, carrier may refuse transportation if the applicable fee has not been paid in total.
- Refunds are at the discretion of the Company who at all times reserves the right to charge cancellation and booking fees.
