Q1.     I need to book for today’s bus, is that possible and is there room at such late notice?
A.      YES of course phone us on 5444 3939 - we will tell you if there are seats available.
 
Q2.     I am on a health care card. Is there a concession fare for me?
A.       NO, we are not government subsidized. Pensioner discount only applies to  Australian  Aged or    Disability pensioners.

Q3.     Can I take my dog/cat with me when I travel?
A.       YES, as long as it is in the required crate/box. There is a $8 charge.

Q4.     I am not flying in/out from Melb  Tullamarine Airport. I am not flying anywhere. Can I use your  bus?
A.        YES  Of course. Ring us and book a seat or book on line.

Q5.     I do not have a credit card. Can I book a ticket?
A.       YES-You can pay cash to the driver  OR if time permits, send a cheque or money order prior
            to travel  and include a  SAE - we can then  post  your ticket to you. Ask for our postal address
            when you book your travel.

Q6.     How long does the trip take?
A.       We allow 2,1/4 hours - this includes all scheduled stops.

Q7.     I need to claim my travel. Can you send me a tax invoice?
A.       YES  Our tickets are tax invoices. If you pay prior to travel you can have your ticket emailed  to
            you, otherwise the driver will  give the ticket to you when you pay at the bus.

Q8.     When should I book my ticket for the bus?
A.       You can book anytime - a month ahead, a week ahead, a few days ahead, or on the day. It is peace 
           of  mind to secure your seat. Tickets are tentative until paid for. If you need the bus at short notice,
           phone us for availability. You take a chance just arriving at the bus stop. Could be a full bus.

Q9.  I want to meet my friend at the airport then both come back on the bus, is there a special
           price for me?
 A        YES, we have a special price of a day return for just  $56 for you. Phone us to book this please.
